How much does shipping cost?
Your shipping cost is calculated separately to your order and added to the product price. Most of our products price designed and listed including the shipping cost. Although, some of our products may offer shipping cost separately.
How long does it take to get my product?
The printing products are generally printed within 24 – 48 hours after the proof is approved, and depending on the type of shipping selected, it takes 2 – 9 business days. Products are shipped to the delivery address you supply when you place your order.
When will I receive my parcel?
Our cut-off time is 11:30 am. every working day. Any order placed from web-store/in store after the cut-off time will be automatically forwarded to the next working day. Classically, most of our products take one working day to produce. The job(s) need next working day to dispatch.
Example: Any order placed on the 1st of February before 11:30 am for 1 working day slot will be dispatched on 2nd of February and most likely the delivery would be on the 3rd of February. If the 2nd of February is a Bank Holiday the dispatch day would be 3rd of the February and delivery would on the 4th of the February. Our active team always try to minimise the production and dispatch time to ensure a smooth service, we try to keep the production and dispatch time on the same day.

Do you offer next-day or two-day shipping?
We offer next-day or two-day shipping on specific products. Typically, to keep our costs low and to expedite orders, we wait and include more jobs for the courier to pick up. We arrange your print orders to our different machines depending on the workload and to reduce the materials wastage, so your jobs could be printed with other customer’s order in order to minimize production cost and give you a great price. We do offer expedited shipping options (3-4 days or less from proof approval to delivery). Please contact us if you need it sooner.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Unfortunately no. We are working on this at the moment, but in the meantime, we only offer to ship inside the United Kingdom.
What is your return policy?
If there are any errors on our part after the artwork proof for the job was accepted, www.ezprinters.co.uk will send a replacement job with priority shipping at no charge to the customer. We do not offer any refund for the total amount, only a reprint of the same job. Though, in some case, www.ezprinters.co.uk may offer a refund or voucher to the customer. Clients must follow these steps in order to get a reproduced job.
- All returns must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery time.
- Customers must attach 3 pictures/video of the damaged job or incorrect product(s).
- Customers must return the damaged job within 48 hours before they want a reproduced job.
Typically, a customer representative will respond within one/two business days and resolve the issue at hand. In some cases, www.ezprinters.co.uk will ask for additional information related to the damaged job.
Refunds will be issued within 48 hours if the complaint is approved and customers wish to receive their refund in the same payment form used to purchase the job.
Customers only have to pay for shipping if they are returning an unused item, but they do not have to pay a restocking fee.
