How much does shipping cost?
Your shipping cost is calculated separately to your order and added with the product price. Most of our products price designed and listed including the shipping cost. Although, some of our products may offer shipping cost separately.
How long does it take to get my product?
Banners are generally printed within 24 – 48 hours after proof is approved, and depending on type of shipping selected, it takes 3 – 9 business days. Products are shipped to the delivery address you supply when you place your order.
Why don’t you offer next-day or two-day shipping?
To keep our costs low and to expedite orders, we wait and include more jobs for the courier to pickup. We arrange your print orders to our different machines depending on the workload and to reduce the materials wastage, so your banners could be printed with other customer’s order in order to minimize production cost and give you a great price; this is why we cannot offer next-day or two-day shipping to the UK. We do offer expedited shipping options (3-4 days or less from proof approval to delivery). Please contact us if you need it sooner.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Unfortunately no. We are working on this at the moment, but in the meantime we only offer shipping inside the United Kingdom.
What is your return policy?
If there are any errors on our part after the artwork proof for the job was accepted, www.ezprinters.co.uk will send a replacement job with priority shipping at no charge to the customer. We also offer a refund for the total amount, which includes the cost of shipping. Clients must follow these steps in order to get a refund or reproduced job.
- All returns must be reported within 48 hours from the delivery date.
- Customers must attach 3 pictures/video of the damaged job or incorrect product(s).
- Customers must return the damaged job within 48 hours before they want a refund or reproduced.
Typically, a customer representative will respond within one business day and resolve the issue at hand. In some cases, www.ezprinters.co.uk will ask for additional information related to the damaged job.
Refunds will be issued within 48 hours if the complain is approved and customers wish to receive their refund in the same payment form used to purchase the job.
Customers only have to pay for shipping if they are returning an unused item, but they do not have to pay for a restocking fee.
